  2. Really? Wow, nearly all my textbooks use sans-serif headings, serif body. I thought that was pretty standard typography 101 stuff.

  3. Numpty: yeah, random sampling of a half-dozen of my older textbooks here right now confirmed my intuition- they all use serifs everywhere.
